Sunday, October 6, 2024, will forever hold a special place in Zimbabwe’s football history. On this remarkable day, Highlanders fans gathered at The Clubhouse, hosting a spirited fundraiser just a stone thrown away from the field where their beloved team, “Bosso,” was in action.

Driven by a deep passion for Highlanders FC, fans across the world—from Europe, Asia, and various parts of Africa—sent in donations, showing their unwavering support.

Over the years, Highlanders FC has been more than a team; it’s a movement powered by fans who regularly sacrifice hard-earned cash to support “Amahlolanyama.”

This week’s episode of Pass and Move dives into this unique event, sparked by what fans have expressed as ongoing unfairness from the Premier Soccer League and certain referees. Despite any challenges, hundreds of supporters arrived at The Clubhouse, dancing, singing, and chanting iconic Bosso anthems.

As Dab Three, we were on the ground, capturing the vibrant energy and speaking with Highlanders CEO Sihlangu Dlodlo, broadcaster and fundraiser organizer Ezra “Tshisa” Sibanda, and Mgijimi, a devoted fan who—alongside his friends—never miss a  game, rain or shine.
